The First Settlers

It is widely believed that the first people to arrive in New Zealand came from Polynesia. Most historians believe that they landed in New Zealand over 700 years ago. Although they were originally from many different countries, these settlers learned to live together and, eventually, formed their own distinct culture known as ‘Māori.’  Māori have their own language, traditions, and culture. THREE FACTS ABOUT MAUI 1. Maui's giant fish become known as the north island of Aotearoa . 2.Maui made his fishing hook with his jawbone which his ancestor Murirangawhenua had given him. 3. Half life

Hi bloggers I have been working on writing it is funny and kinda sad it was really hard but I did it. The easy bit is that it was about war and I like watching war.

Half life

It was 1988 10 am tuesday. When the animals ruled the land until there was a asteroid it landed on the planet earth. In that asteroid was a human and this is when war started. 2001 4 am friday on the german battle field. The battle field was covered in mud no trees just dead bushes no animals. So it was the germans vs usa A guy named Jimmy. He was apart of the usa army. So the usa army were in their bunker the german were ready in there spots. usa guy named Josh shot his flare gun the war started Jimmy was in preusser because the german had snipers they shot Josh got shot in the arm ahhhh Josh screamed because his came arm came off help me please! So Jimmy helped him he pulled him to a trench. Jimmy look up and shot a german. Then a dear came in the middle and stared at Jimmy. Then the deer was just staring at Jimmy. Jimmy said I'm going to kill you and eat you for dinner jimmy shot head shot yeah boy! After that there was a usa named kareem. Kareem Got a kill on a german than a truck with a mini gun take down that truck you dum men said kareem headshot the mini gun person and the driver he was the captain said come here Jimmy yes sir yes go on the mini gun yes sir i'll drive said kareem. Kareem is so bad at driving that he ran over john cena That was a German. I was just shooting them santa was in the sky someone shot him down then he landed on the ground again kareem was so bad at driving he ran over santa but it was a fake santa because it was a german in a suit then kareem said you drive of sir I was driving up a ramp and killed a dear captain drive ok. Kareem was driving he felt a bump and hopped out then the guy josh he was better he got to us sir i think you killed something then a squirrel jumped on Kareems face then Kareem rip him off and throw him to Josh then josh died from the squirrel on his face. Rip Josh said Kareem After that the war ended usa won yes.2011 wednesday 4am. So there was kareem he was at his house it was nice and peaceful kareem loved to garden he had all sort  of plants like strawberries and lemons plus he had lots of animals like deers cats and dogs and kareem tried to make earth a better place. But it didn't work so kareem killed himself

Hi bloggers today i'm being playing a game called spritebox it is like mario but it has coding here is the the site https://code.org/learn. So your should try coding it helps your learning and it is good for you.  I hope you would like it. The hard level is level 3 because the last bit is super hard I can't do it. The new hub because of the warmf of the hub just the cool bit is colors. My big worry is the juniors playing soccer and it might hit a window but the scary thing is the cupboards because you might get trapped and the toilets.

                                 so i'm going to explain a fidget spinner so it is a toy that spins so make sure you                                   have a hand. Fidget spinners have been at school for a term.

                                                Why fidget spinners should not be at school.

                                                1. Fidget spinners have same colors so you will not know what one it is.
                                                2. Fidget spinners get stolen by people at school plus bearings because                                                       people take them out to let someone  then they lie and keep the                                                                   bearing
                                                3.Fidget spinners  will get a lot of attention from other students.
                                                4. Fidget spinners are loud so it stops students from learning.
                                                5. Lots of people will ask to play with it.
                                                 So that's why you never fidget spinners to school.

Hi there this is a true story about timbernook

So one day it was another boring school day until I remember it was the I have been waiting for. It was timbernook! It was the one day I was waiting for. So once I went to go to school. Then I played soccer in the morning. Once the bell rang I went inside to get my bag and we did the roll. So then we lined up then went to the bus and I was at the back and I saw BK which stands for Burger King. So we were there so we all had to let juniors go first and that was a little long. By the time we got in we got told the rule’s the hard bit was what our chant should be so it was RESPECT RATA ROAR. The cool bit was we got to play and I built a robot that points after that I went to play with the clay. After that I made a hut people keep on going in it so I made cool then I let some people go in  it. The coolest bit we did was found a net. That is it for today bye.

Hi guys today I have been learning how to do a cat rap. The hard bit about it was the words because it was hard to put in types of cats. The easy bit was the rap a little look at the bottom for the video. we also did it because miss morgan want us to do it.

Hi guys today I have been learning to write about a journey. The hardest bit was the writing. I had to really work on starting my sentences in different ways, not using the word then too much! It was fun doing the animation.

it was a sunny day in 2017 2.8.6.17. Jeffry had silver shoes brown hair and a private jet plane plus

pant’s and a t-shirt.

Let’s begin our story,

So Jeffry was in his plane when it crash then he found a desert. Then he found a cactus.  the

cactus asked him do you want to go home. Jeffry said yes so the cactus  teleported to a house.  He was like I am home yay but it was a lie it was not house. Then he was so mad he never does want to see that catus.

So Jeffry went to get fresh air so he went to a forest. He found a bear that can talk he said you need clothes.Jeffry got hungry so he found a duck and cooked then ate  it . Somehow  a car came out of nowhere and hit Jeffry.  It was the duck’s friend. Then Jeffry was like, were you driving? And the duck said yes you chump! The duck went up to his face and pooed on him.

Jeffry got up and said yuck! Then he  found a desert again so he went to the desert and found a magic dog. The dog helped  Jeffry get home and jeffry said I love that dog.  Jeffry got in his house and the magic dog said can I stay with you.

The moral of the story is that you should never trust a cactus!

Hi bloggers it's me Dani again. So today I have been learning about pokemon so i made my own pokemon so I called him Reeeld. He is so cool so I want to make him and i did.

Rounding

Hi guys today I will be teaching you how rounding works. so if I had 134 I will round it down because it's not higher than 5 so it will be 300 so that's how rounding works so here another one 558 so I will round that up to 560 so that's how rounding works bye .

Disk brakes

Hi guys to day im been learning about a disk brake it took me a week for all of this.

Do you know what a disc brake is? it’s

Disc brake is two pads squeeze the wheel to make it stop. The district works a lot like breaks for a car. It also pushed onto the rotor stopping the bike. Disk brakes can be on a car. Plus it can go on a tractor. If you don't have disk brakes your car won't work. So that's why you need disk brakes on a car. So that´s how disk brakes work. So also the main bit will be the hub because it is the main bit and the rotor is skinny plus so there are also to screws. Thats attached to a little circle. Also there is the brake pads to help the disk brakes so that it won't get jammed so that's why you need the pads and disk brakes are interesting brakes because they're different to a normal brake disk brakes are so cool. I like disk brakes because of the movement of it. I want to look at a car disk brake compare to a motor bike disk brake you probably see a difference. So that's also why i like disk brakes. So it took a week to do this.

Mars

Today I was learning about mars mars has 0.13 percent of oxygen  so people can live  on mars. But you won't live for  awhile but you need to grow veggies and get water. So that's what I learnt about mars.

Bad hair day

Once, on this horrible day, I had drunk a potion.
Then my hair grown longer and longer.
At that moment a little Irish man was coming after me because I drank his potion.
 A little kitten scratched him in the face and he ran away for ever.
 I then had the same hair style forever.

                                    

fractions

Today we did fractions I finished it was hard but it was fun today I learnt that fractions are hard but fun. I want to know if fractions can get higher?

Divide

My first time doing divide a by I was really good I have the hang of it. I like divide by now it is cool i want to learn more.

So today I did numeracy and i completed all my 2s it was fun we did a sheet that was two first time  I got it right. It was so cool I love my twos. I want to know how to count up to a thousands.

we had to fling a cookie to grannys house we made a heap of lachers i made a shield so the cookie won't break it work and we try try and try and we got almost.I think it was pretty fun i had fun making it.I like it i work with people it was soo fun.I made a big one.I saw cool stuff on our team we did good at cutting and drawing.They were so good at helping we love the play we had fun and laugh.We finished it and test it it made it in we were so happy that it got in.We yelled yay!!! we had made the best shield for our cookie. we had to say how we did it i went up i said we had the best shield for our cookie.
