So why do some people get paid more than others? I think that people can get paid more than others due to their gender or race or the certain job that they have I think it's kinda stupid but if you are good at a job and others aren't there is a higher chance that you will get paid more than others. For some reason 250 years ago there was a guy named Adam Smith who was obsessed with learning about money and how it works. He was really good at school so he decided to spend hours trying to learn the pattern about money and he made a really good book about it. That is all the info about jobs and money I have today hope you enjoy the post good-bye.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2266148308372407936.post-54236269697074835772021-11-22T13:18:00.002+13:002021-11-22T13:18:25.745+13:00World War 1-Trench project

Today in ww1 we are learning about trenches and what it's like to live in one here is a little information about one. The trenches in ww1 were horrible and smelt probably due to them having to go to the toilet in the trenches. They had also had things like a fire step, duckboards and more. The point in a fire step is when you were to go on that step you would fire your gun if you go any further than the step you would probably get shot. In the trenches, there was something that was called the suicde corner where if you go around that could you are most likely going to die but have the chance to take some people with you. In these old trenches they had all the normal day essentials apart from the fact they would be living in the dirt basically. And the one I have chosen is world war 1 in this class we are learning about what happened back then. This first week we have been reading books and researching facts about world war 1 like what shrapnel is. Shrapnel is basically a little sharp thing that pierced the human body and back then shrapnel was very hard to get rid of because they did not have that many medical tools back then so the soldiers had to live with it inside them. At a later date, these men could die from it because it pierced an important organ in the human body. We were also learning about how some of the soldiers traveled like some were traveling on horses. After this week we will be learning about weaponry and I really am keen on learning about them. That is all for today hope you enjoy the post-bye.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2266148308372407936.post-23267407128309308992021-11-04T12:05:00.004+13:002021-11-04T12:05:33.972+13:00Vaping task in health class
Hello, bloggers today in health class I will review what I have done in this class. First, we will start with my opinion on the work. I think the work was fun enjoyable and I would probably do it again my group had its ups and downs but in the end, we made a game called vapecity it was basically monopoly but with vape details like vape shops, chance cards even community chest we had made this game look pretty good and had put a lot of detail into it. The task is given In Health where we set a goal that is required to meet excellence. And to show year 7's how bad it can be because this year vaping has become a trend. I also have some images on the project we had worked really hard on. We have been making a house plan where we design the house, calculate the area, and put it in a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room. After that, we had to put light bulbs on the drawing of the house once I did we calculated the estimated voltage to share enough power through all five bulbs.

The calculations from all the pathways are: voltage first is pathway one 200 divide a by 2=200v pathway two is 200 divide a by 1=200v pathway three is 200 divide a by 2=200v Current is pathway 1 200 divide by 25=8A pathway 2 200 divide by 50=4A pathway three is 200 divide by 50=4A.

The area of it is 15x10=150m2 main house area 6x4=24m2 total area 150m2=24m2=174m2. Current (I) How quickly the electrons more (flow). Current is measured I Amps. The Current symbol is I Voltage (V) How much energy the electrons are carrying. Voltage is measured in volts. Voltage symbol is resistance (R) Used to slow/resist the flow of electrons (current). Resistance is measured in ohms. I like how in the eye is there this blue liquid caused by removing this black sludge and how we had to poke a hole into and let all this liquid out. My favorite part was cutting all the fat off the eye and poking a hole into the iris causing the liquid to flow out it was like water with little black parts init it was yuck and felt weird. The goal of this political group's project was to win people onto our side and make them vote for our group our goal was to make it short because the longer it is the less chance of you losing people's interest. We have been doing this for about 3-4 weeks on this project and I feel like we have persuaded a decent amount of people to vote for us.

Well you're right this is why they should be free or the Board of trustees should pay for it. A few parts on why they should be free are because not everyone can afford the uniform because they have to buy food and get all the stuff they need to survive for example clothes and shoes etc.
Around twenty percent of schools around Aotearoa New Zealand have to wear mufti because of parents struggling with juggling bills, medical costs and also having to buy school uniforms. If not enough parents buy the uniforms then they have to go into a non-uniform school. If a school doesn’t have uniforms they would be distracted and not focused because they would be too busy focusing on if their outfit looks good.
Why should school uniforms be free? I think that school uniforms should be free because there are people out there who are living on the streets struggling to keep their kids in school. By making the uniform free makes parents stress less about uniforms and they have the chance to spend that money on stationery. Also by making uniform free that makes it less of a struggle when going on school trips when in mufti your teacher could easily lose you. But when having a uniform it would be much easier to find you and track you down to bring you back to the group.

Why are schools making uniforms so expensive? The reason why they make uniforms so expensive is to fund the school and keep it up and running. Parents struggle to keep up with the uniform prices but the school struggles to keep the school running. In my opinion, they should make uniforms cheaper so their parents have the spare money to buy books and other school stuff required because students tend to not have this simple stuff which can get them into trouble sometimes. One in five children struggles to buy uniforms. Lone parents tend to have 1 or more children which can cause depression. Therefore I believe they should make school uniforms cheaper.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2266148308372407936.post-33157578602518817832021-06-10T14:47:00.007+12:002021-06-10T14:47:30.362+12:00Mother tersa Hello, bloggers today I have done some work on mother Teresa and what she has done for the world.

I'm a boy who goes to Hornby high and I'm a year nine my favorite thing to do is play on PlayStation and playing sports. I really dislike math because math is about numbers and they decided to add letters to math and it's just really confusing me. My favorite sport to play is rugby and soccer I used to play for teams but now I just play them at school. My least favorite sport has got to be cricket because the games are just too long for me and I tend to give up midway through the game. That is a little about me hope you enjoy this blog post I have made and bye.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2266148308372407936.post-51002145234194351292021-06-03T14:44:00.001+12:002021-06-03T14:44:28.538+12:00Essay
Jacinda Arden is born on 26 July 1980 born in Hamilton and the current prime minister of New Zealand. You would think she lived the life where her parents spoiled her with riches but really she lived on a farm with multiple siblings mum and dad. Her father was a police officer and also a farmer, the mother was a school assistant. Jacinda claims to be an 80’s kid in one of her speeches and also a tomboy half her life she says that she would rather help her dad with the orchard than playing with dolls. Jacinda also talks about her lamb named Reggie and how her first job was working at a fish n chip shop then, later on, moved to a fruit stand.

2019 one of New Zealand's darkest days claims Jacinda the reason this day is that there was a shooting at Hagley park on 15 of march 2019. The shooting at Hagley park left everyone in shock from adults to children 51 people were found dead and 40 people were injured. Jacinda had made Hagley park off-limits for a month and said New Zealand is for everyone, people that treat this country with disrespect can not be accepted as a kiwi. Jacinda said we accept those who accept us we do not care where you’re from or your religion as long as you part take in changing the country. This shooting taught people to accept the little things in life because your life is not unlimited so try to experience life to its fullest.

Jacinda has handled covid very carefully and has left people in shock with how good she has done it. Jacinda had made it where if you are going on public transport then you have to wear a mask on the bus or in public. People had also been limited to seeing their family and friends so that you stay at home and the only people you can see in this lockdown should be the people that live with you. If you were to go out you have required a mask and can only go to certain places like gas stations or grocery stores or your job if you got one. New Zealand has been one of the fastest countries to recover from covid 19 with only 2,670 cases and 2,623 recoveries and only 26 deaths Jacinda was really happy with the results and did a little dance in joy and I think people all across New Zealand are very happy with the results of covid in New Zealand.

Jacinda Ardern has gathered a lot of hate over the years but some people actually enjoy the changes she is making in New Zealand. Some people really did not like how she is handling covid or how she responds to the shootings in New Zealand. But she is learning to accept everyone’s questions big to small she is focusing on equal rights to keep everyone happy in New Zealand. Jacinda is trying to give people what they want but she struggles due to being overflowed with people talking to her sometimes they ask personal questions sometimes they ask stupid questions but she always gives a response to those people who ask her. Jacinda is a prime mister of New Zealand but people don’t understand the job she has her job is to keep everyone happy and to make New Zealand healthy for all people. The prime mister of New Zealand receives more hate and love than the normal person the reason why is because they basically own New Zealand all the changes could change someone’s life.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2266148308372407936.post-22197834957162811222021-06-03T14:12:00.000+12:002021-06-03T14:12:11.561+12:00Week 5 do now
Is the principal the most important person in a school?
I think that the principal is not because he comes in every 4 weeks and says some speech that is supposed to boost others' motivation. But there are other people in the school who are just invisible but they are doing big things for the school like food or stationary. There are so many people that did a lot for the school and don't get noticed.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com0
