Hi bloggers today I will explain why the food you eat daily can have lots of sugar in them. Oranges and orange juice might have the same thing but orange juice has 8 teaspoons of sugars in it as for the orange only has 1.5 teaspoons of sugar in it. The amount of sugar you should have daily is 6 teaspoons of sugar so you should look at what you eat like looking at the back of the packaging. Most of the kids are overweight cause of the amount of sugar they are having. Sugar can give you diabetes type 2, liver disease and heart disease. So look out for what you eat and have a good day bye :)
